We're on the lookout for a great young couple who'd like to buy our precious home. It has served us well for the 8 years we've spent in it, but we're ready to find someplace different to call home....somewhere with a play room and some running space (for the kids and, maybe, a puppy!!)
Pray with us for the right buyer and for a wonderful new house for our family (other than my parents upstairs). But, especially, pray for patience as we wait for both of these things to happen :-)

wow, some big changes on the horizon!? I had no idea! praying that you'll find a buyer!
why are you trying to limit it to "a great young couple"? I game for selling it to a great old couple, or even someone who is single!
So fun Gretchen. It is so much work to have it for sale- but the payoff is so great. So glad we did all that last year and are now in our house- you guys are ready! Your kids are at great ages to help keep the house "cleaner" for showings. Don't be discouraged ( i did after 13 showings) because someone will buy it eventually- took us 16 showings and 6 months. Hope it goes faster for you guys!!!!
